One of the most under looked parts of a supplement plan are amino acids. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein meaning long protein chains are made by the fusion of multiple amino acids. Almost all amino acids are good for building muscle, but one amino acid jumps out to me, Arginine. Here are some facts about arginine.

Arginine is one of the three amino acids that make up creatine, a great workout supplement that increases strength, endurance, and muscular size. Arginine is needed by the body to break down wastes into urea, the waste product in your urine. Arginine has been shown to increase nitric oxide levels in the blood, which dialates blood vessels to deliver more blood to your muscles giving your the "pump". Arginine is also the main hormone that is known to increase your natural growth hormone production.

If you are interested in taking this and using it to help your workout goals then your could follow these guidelines. If you are taking it to achieve a pump then take it about 20-30 min before workouts at about 3-5 grams. Ornithine is key in taking arginine as it is essential for the break down of arginine. If you are taking it for higher growth hormone release then take about 3-5 grams before sleep. As you can see the dosages are the same so if you want to have the full benefit of the amino acid take 3-5 grams twice daily. Check this out at Paramount Supplements and you will definitely dub it the super amino.

Ornithine actually breaks down into Arginine, and you only need to use 1/2 the amount of Ornithine to get the same results as Arginine...so it is the better of the two to use for this purpose.

There are so many aminos and other supps that can catapult your quest for more muscle...and the timing of taking them is paramount to success as well.

What you take, how much you take and when you take all factor in greatly when considering supplement useage whether that be ***, or natural substances... all must learn for best results.

We teach these things at our forum here...
