Just getting back in the gym. Things were going great. 255 and 9%bf. Training like crazy, then I had to have surgery....tonsilectomy...dropped 20lbs because I couldnt eat...lost a lot of strength, size and all my cuts have vanished. Just goes to show this is a high maintanence hobby..haha. But I am 4 weeks back, gained 12lbs (not all muscle) and got back 90% of my strength. I will be bulking until March. Possibly 1 more season of football...so training hard and eatting smart...most of the time
