I am new to bodybuilding, have been working out for about two years but only got serious in July of 2009. Have so far lost 60 pounds, want to lose at least 60 more. I love the way lifting makes me feel. For the first time in my life I feel like an athlete. Need all the tips and encouragement I can get - diet is what I struggle with, I have a very bad sweet tooth, especially for chocolate. I know if I could get my cravings under control I would drop the next 60 pounds easily! |
